Is a fun Sunday reset, a confidence boost, and a space where you can move your body without pressure, judgement, or feeling like you don’t belong. Jane’s Groupies is designed for real life, busy schedules, kids in tow and you don’t need to be “fit” to start, you just need to show up and do your best – whatever that is for the day.
Where: Cult Fitness, 76 Howrah Road, Howrah
When: Sundays, 7:45am – 08:30am or 8:45am – 9:30am
