A weekly 45 minute PT Session

Held at Cult Fitness* (Howrah, Tasmania), each weekly 45-minute session is designed around you and your goals, energy, and lifestyle.  We’ll work through a program that evolves every 6 weeks, making changes when needed for injuries, dislikes, and your progress. You can expect variety with a mix of strength, mobility, and conditioning, which is the kind of training that makes everyday life feel easier.

You’ll get:

  • Hands-on technique coaching (so you feel confident that you’re moving and using equipment, correctly)
  • Accountability knowing someone’s waiting for you each week
  • Motivation that’s supportive, not shouty or judgy

Block 1 Now Open: Sundays 4 January – 22 February 2026

Is a Sunday reset, a confidence boost, and a space where you can move your body without pressure, judgement, or feeling like you don’t belong. Jane’s Groupies is designed for real life, busy schedules, kids in tow and you don’t need to be “fit” to start, you just need to show up.

Where: Cult Fitness, 76 Howrah Road, Howrah

When: Sundays, 8:45am – 9:30am
