Regular Jane’s Fitness and Nutrition is different from other gyms, personal trainers, and online training programs because we aren’t for hardcore shredders – we’re for the regular woman, just like you.

We’re for women who have to juggle work, family, life commitments, and an ever-dwindling budget, who simply can’t see how they can fit a fitness program into their busy schedule. But you can when you do it the Regular Jane’s way.

Here we focus on progress and not perfection. Don’t have any fitness equipment of your own, or a gym membership? No worries. As your online personal fitness coach, I specialise in developing programs based on what you have available in your own schedule.
