Hi, I'm Gemma, the founder of Regular Jane's Fitness and Nutrition.  If you're anything like me, you've probably been on many fitness journeys over the years.  Whether I was working out in gyms, with personal trainers or flying solo, there was always one question that I continually asked myself - is there a better way of doing this?

When you're juggling a career, life, family etc. then a one-size-fits-all fitness program isn't going to cut it.  It's just not realistic and doesn't take personal circumstances into account.  So, I developed the concept for Regular Jane's.  It's fitness for the average Jane or Joe, not the hardcore shredder.  It's for people like you, and people like me - the regular person.

How it Works

So what makes Regular Jane's Fitness and Nutrition different than other personal training programs?

No gym?  No worries.
Whether you have access to a gym or not, it doesn't matter.  During the initial planning for your program, we'll work together with you to identify what you have available to you and we'll build your programming around that.

Do it your way.
Your workouts are completed in your own time, whenever it works for you.  Whether you're juggling family, work and kids' sports activities, spending half your day folding laundry and kicking LEGO out of your way, or even returning from injury or illness, a Regular Jane's program is designed to fit in seamlessly with your lifestyle and available time.

Your PT is only a click away
When you sign up with Regular Jane's, you receive an account for the online coaching platform True Coach where all your workouts are loaded for you to access any time.  Not only that, but you'll also be able to easily track your progress and have access to videos that talk you through every exercise in your program.

Dedicated and personal service
Most of our programs include weekly check-ins with Gemma to ensure that not only are you getting the most out of your program, but also so that you can ask any questions, receive guidance or tweak your program as you see fit.  Every program developed by Regular Jane's is unique to the specific client and you van eb assured of receiving that personal touch to ensure that the journey is always about YOU.
