I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist providing online coaching to individuals that want to look and feel better about their health and wellbeing, however that looks for them. I love coaching and talking to people to encourage and empower them and improve their health and wellbeing while they also try to check off everything else on their daily to-do List.
Regular Jane or Joe could be you – someone who wants to build and embed healthy habits into your lifestyle without spending hours in the gym slogging it out, taking on the next fad diet only for it to eventually fail or make other unreasonable and unsustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle that leave you feeling disheartened and unmotivated.
